The rooms are comfortable with a king-size bed and necessary facilities, but the surrounding area lacks attractions beyond shopping. The staff goes out of their way to provide excellent service, but there are instances of arrogance. The dining options are satisfactory but may need improvements, and the facilities are decent overall.
The hotel is located in a semi-industrial area, which could be great for shoppers with outlet shops around. The rooms are very spacious, containing the largest bed we have ever slept in, and the bathroom was well-appointed. The service was super friendly and accommodating. The location is also perfect for attending events like the Gibraltar music festival. However, the dining options were limited and expensive. Good value for a short stay to visit nearby attractions.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were small but clean, with good A/C and a somewhat awkward toilet layout. The staff at the reception were very helpful and courteous. The electric air freshener was a nice touch. It was disappointing that there were hardly any TV channels and the mattresses felt like springs. The service really stood out and played a key role in making my stay enjoyable. As for dining, the options were somewhat limited, but the quality was good. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
